MDV worked with our client to help design a home full of texture and pattern. We wanted to combine their love of Brazilian design and furniture and reference the years they spent living in NYC.

The project was a partial gut, we replaced and re-designed all the carpentry and millwork throughout. We custom designed an oversized pivoting hardwood door and special furniture for our client, such as the console by the entry with Athos Bulcão tiles. Textiles and wallpapers were a mix, some brought from the abroad and others sourced in Brazil. The furniture throughout was also a mix of custom pieces and classic Brazilian collectible design pieces.
